I tried to know as much as I could going into it but ultimately there was just too much to know so I needed help. I went in thinking I would be mistreated for not knowing how trailers work but the office people were so friendly and helpful that it became a completely positive experience for me. It turns out that my vehicle did not have a wiring receptacle for the trailer lights so Greg called every local shop he knew and got them to quote a price only he could get just for the part.
